C72 House is a town house with easy walking access to the beach and all what San Juan Del Sur town has to ofer, but at the same time it is at the top of a hill in one of the best neighborhoods (Loma PJCh) with several benefits like: cooler breze, quieter and best view (sunami safe)

The pool, 27 feet long, has a wood bar and is by the terrace and lower level living room that have easy acces to the kitchen.
Forniture was costom designed and built for C72 House.
The house has many ambieances where to group, for example, tenagers can be in the lower level while grownups assemble at another for quiet vacation time.
Walls have insulation and dobule glass windows to keep rooms cool and outside noice to a minimum.
