To restore C72 house we built the 3D digital model pictured above. Since the house is a pine wood and concrete beam puzzle, the same model can be used for virtual scout tours. Here we have temporarily tanken the roof off the upper two levels.	The Balcon Mirador, or Viewing Balcony is part of the uper part of C72 house and it was created as an indenpendent or shared part of the house with the Master Beadroom. The top level is a room with panoramic windows with spectacular viws of the town and the Pacific Ocean. There are 3 futon sofas that can be converted in to 2mx90cm bead if needed.
